Returns Policy:

Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return unopened purchased goods from Kick Ass Kustom in its original packaging and condition. Kick Ass Kustom is currently unable to accept returns nor refund, e-resources, e-publications, opened items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery. We will pay the return postage cost if the return is a result of our error.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, when:

Any item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Any CDRoms or videotapes that have been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).

Any item that is not in its original condition or has missing parts.

Any item that is an e-resource and/or e-publication

Did you receive damaged or defective items? Kick Ass Kustom asks you to indicate the number of items you're returning, the reason for return (identify what the damage or defect is), and whether you would like a refund or a replacement item sent to you.

Did you receive the wrong item or are you missing an item? Check the TAX INVOICE that was included withyour shipment against your original order. We'll ask you to indicate the number of items you're returning, as well as whether they arrived instead of or in addition to items that you did order. You will not be charged any additional shipping costs beyond those you had originally authorised.
